Lagoon Vista is an iconic development commissioned by Prestigious Group, featuring pioneering interactive systems within architectural model presentation. The model incorporates a mechanically engineered lift system, an interactive control interface, and a voice-command system — transforming the model into an interactive platform where physical craftsmanship and digital responsiveness coexist.

One of the most ambitious leisure-driven developments in West Africa. A large-scale waterpark and resort destination executed at approximately 2.4 by 5 meters — one of the largest in our portfolio. The dual-scale model system features a drawer-based reveal system, allowing the detailed 1:150 model to be extracted from within the 1:350 masterplan base.

Developed for Reportage Group, a UAE-based real estate company, this project integrates a 24-inch embedded touchscreen interface directly into the model — enabling real-time lighting control, project information navigation, and animation playback. A significant evolution from external device-based interaction to a fully on-model control interface.

Key feature: 24" embedded touchscreen for real-time lighting sequences and visual presentations within the model.

A contemporary corporate campus for a leading legal institution in Lagos. Defined by a strong blue-glass façade system communicating clarity, professionalism, and corporate confidence. The model captures the volumetric relationship between the headquarters tower and its integrated multi-level car park structure with precise façade detailing.

Strategically positioned at the geographic heart of Nigeria, FIMB Plaza carries symbolic significance beyond its architecture. A forward-facing commercial development with refined massing, façade articulation, and spatial hierarchy that communicates both scale and authority. A project defined by presence, purpose, and precision.

A research and development facility for Copenhagen Atomics — a leading clean energy innovator working on compact nuclear technologies. This exhibition model integrates modular reactor development within a controlled, scalable production framework, positioning nuclear innovation within a modern, accessible context that bridges advanced engineering with real-world energy needs.

Dollar Hotel is conceived as more than a place to stay — it is an experience from the very first step inside. Guests are welcomed through an entrance level defined by a large-scale aquarium installation, bringing movement, light, and life into the heart of the building. Set within Ibadan's evolving urban landscape, the project signals a new direction for hospitality design in the region.

Our role was not initial creation, but a critical refinement and completion process — assessing, reconstructing, and completing a model previously developed internationally and delivered in an incomplete state.
