ODK Models is a Lagos-based architectural scale-model studio founded by Ajayi Gilbert in 2015. We build presentation and planning models for developers, architects, and institutions across Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, and the rest of Nigeria.
Nigeria's real estate market runs on off-plan sales — developers need buyer confidence before a single foundation is poured. A physical scale model in the sales gallery does what a brochure and render deck can't: it lets a buyer physically locate their unit, see the view from their floor, and understand the development as a place rather than a drawing. On a 120-unit residential estate in Lekki, Lagos, our 1:200 LED-lit model became the centrepiece of the sales gallery, and 90% of Phase 1 units were reserved within 90 days of the gallery opening.
For developers navigating Nigeria's planning approval process, a physical urban masterplan model is often requested by planning authorities to show a proposed scheme in the context of surrounding streets, buildings, and infrastructure — we produced a 1:500 masterplan model for exactly this purpose, built to the scale and detail a planning committee needs to read the scheme at a glance.
Sales-gallery models for off-plan developments, built to convert buyers.
Large-format models for planning approval and investor presentations.
Factory, energy, and infrastructure models for technical stakeholders.
Working lifts, illuminated zones, and touchscreen integration.
Pricing is quoted in Naira (₦) for Nigerian clients, with delivery and on-site installation available across Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt. Typical turnaround is 2–6 weeks depending on model size and detail level.
Cost depends on size, scale, and features. A simple massing model starts in the low hundreds of thousands of Naira; a fully detailed, LED-lit sales gallery model runs higher. Get an accurate quote for your project through our contact page.
