Levitical Group Resort

This project, developed for Levitical Group, is a large-scale waterpark and resort destination in Nigeria — a scale and level of experiential design not commonly seen in the region's leisure developments.

Our scope involved building a dual-scale architectural model system to communicate both the full masterplan and its key experiential zones.

The model was executed at an overall physical size of approximately 2.4 meters by 5 meters, one of the largest and most spatially demanding models in our portfolio.

The project was developed across two primary scales

  • 1:350 Masterplan Model — capturing the full site, spatial distribution, and overall development strategy
  • 1:150 Detailed Extract Model — a focused, enlarged section designed to reveal critical areas of the project in greater architectural and experiential detail

The model was developed to communicate

  • The scale and ambition of the overall development
  • The spatial hierarchy between zones and attractions
  • The experiential flow of the resort environment
  • The relationship between macro planning and detailed user experience

At 2.4m x 5m with a working drawer-reveal system, this is the largest and most technically layered model we've built.
