Reportage Group Development

Developed for Reportage Group, a UAE-based real estate company, this project brings Dubai-influenced residential design to a Lagos site — a contemporary architectural language built around clarity, efficiency, and modern residential identity.

Our scope involved building a large-scale architectural model to communicate both the physical presence and market positioning of the development. It's one of the more spatially significant models in our portfolio.

A defining feature of this project is a dedicated interactive display system, built around a 24-inch embedded touchscreen. It's a step forward in how we build interactivity: instead of an external device, the control interface is built into the model itself.

Users can

  • Control lighting sequences across the development
  • Navigate project information in real time
  • View animations and visual presentations directly within the model environment

The model was developed to communicate

  • The architectural identity and spatial composition of the development
  • The relationship between built form and surrounding context
  • A seamless integration of physical model-making and digital presentation
  • A refined and immersive user interaction experience

Senior stakeholders in Nigeria and visiting delegates connected to the developer's Dubai base both engaged with the model directly during presentation.
